The silver of the glass looks very good!
The red flame tips have lost a little bit of the paint. One candlestick has a cork in the bottom and the other one does not. Both have some old cellophane wrapped around the bottom presumably to make a good fit for the candlestick holders that once held them.
One measures 14" and the other is 14.5"
